What are the symptoms your biz tech is out-of-control?

Last week, I noted I've pivoted to focus on business technology strategy. I've increasingly tackled businesses' hairy technology issues, platform decisions, and other strategy concerns tied to their goals.

So, what does this mean for you if you are a current client? Nothing. You are already enrolled in my approach and probably have heard me speak to these themes over the years. My team and I continue to service Maintenance Packages, Support Tickets, and other services — albeit in evolving and value-driven ways.

If you are not a client or know me/my firm as simply a service provider of technology (i.e. think I only build websites, do tech 'stuff', etc.) — then my new focus on strategic technology support could mean a new world of opportunities for your tech usage and thereby your bigger endeavors.

Do you or your organization have any of these problems?

  • We have too many different tech tools.
  • Our tech isn't helping us work as fast or as well as it should.
  • We're worried that we'll lose money if our tech stops working.
  • We're not making as much money because our tech isn't good enough.
  • Our team doesn't like using the tech tools we have. It probably is contributing to trouble hiring and keeping people.
  • We need help making our team work better through more efficient operations.
  • Our tech costs a lot, and we don't see the ROI expected.
  • Our tech tools don't integrate well with each other.
  • Our customer service isn't excellent, and the related tech (or lack thereof) probably has something to do with it.
  • With tech & AI evolving, we're worried about missing out or falling behind.

*Do any of these ring true for you? Hit reply and explain. Or, Book a courtesy meeting to talk.*

Even if you aren't ready to discuss these issues, you'll hear from me via email heading into the Fall. These messages will be informational, with insights from my work that you can apply to yours.

Later this week: Watch for a hopeful message I'll send about the buzzword of 2023... artificial intelligence (AI).
