Dear , How you doing?


In my last email to you, I made a very big error


So, as I said a healthy adult should have no more than 1500mg of sodium (salt) ( about 2/3 TEASPOON not TABLESPOON) daily. 


There is a big difference between the teaspoon and tablespoon. I meant TEASSPOON actually. I talked more about the type of teaspoon HERE.


So you get bah...
