How are you doing?

I want to challenge you to do one thing each day for your overall health.


These tips are very short and easy to do and will not take more than 15 minutes.

We fail to realize that our bodies and minds are connected. We need to prioritize our mental health ( we always neglect it)

 

Day 1: Meditate for seven minutes

I know meditation can be hard, but it is a practice you can learn and master. Practice. Practice makes perfect. Keep it short, sweet, and stay consistent.

Focus. You can do it.


 

Day 2: Gratitude Journal for seven minutes

According to a study, “Actively appreciating the experiences we engage within our daily lives appears to be a potent way for improving the quality of our social relationships, producing sustained improvements in psychological wellbeing and overall happiness.”

All you need is a pen and a paper. Reflect on things you are grateful for and write them down. Yes, I mean hand written…don’t type it. Writing down helps your brain memory.



Day 3: Go for a brisk walk

The benefits of brisk walking in nature is profound. It clears your head and enhances your body. Give yourself 15 minutes minimum. Appreciate nature.
