Happy Monday! I hope your week is off to a gentle but great start. Mondays can feel like a reset button, a chance to nourish ourselves better than the previous week.
So today, I wanted to share something that’s been helping me do just that recently. Ok... Maybe not so recent...But I became consistent in taking it recently...
Black seed/ Black seed oil
A few months ago, I started taking a teaspoon daily (well, most days—I’m human too...I dey forget!), and the benefits have been incredible.
Beyond its rich, earthy flavor (which grows on you, I promise!), it’s been a powerhouse for supporting heart health, helping with blood pressure and cholesterol control (Science backs this up, but I also just feel the difference.)
And my energy levels? Oh My!!!
I went full research mode to read up on it and saw various very large studies on it. This goodness has been sitting on my shelf! Ahhh!
