Can you believe October is almost over?

I am well...thank youuuuu :) :)


A few months ago, I was going through a period of intense stress. As someone who has been practicing and living the intermittent fasting lifestyle for almost 15 years, I thought I had my health completely dialed in. So, you can imagine my absolute shock when I stepped on the scale and saw that I had gained 5 kg.

My first thought was, "How is this even possible?!" I was still eating the same healthy foods and maintaining my regular exercise routine. I was doing everything "right."


Ah , I was tired! After a period of frustration, I decided to dig deeper. I reviewed everything, and that's when I had my "aha!" moment. I realized that, under all that stress, my body was responding differently. The fasting window that had worked perfectly for me for years was no longer the right fit.

The solution? I needed to tweak my fasting pattern.

And boom... just like that, by making that one strategic change, I lost all 5 kg in just two weeks. It was a powerful reminder that our bodies are always changing, and so should our approach to nurturing them.


This is why I am so passionate about intermittent fasting. It's not a rigid diet; it's a dynamic and adaptable approach to staying forever in shape.
