Can you set SMART goals?

Hi 🤗
Happy new month!!!
As you step into this month, create goals towards your health
A simple principle that can help you hit your goals is to create a SMART goal
S- specific
M-measurable
A- achievable
R- realistic
T-timely
For example. If the goal is to lose 10kg.
-Make it a SMART goal. I.e. you can decide to lose 1kg weekly. This is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound(1 week). What would you do daily to achieve this goal? Be specific, 3L daily, 15minutes exercise, 6hours sleep, 1hr walk , fast 3 days a week etc. Figure out what is realistic and achievable for you, write it down and give it your best.
- Creating goals should be a balance between what is desired and what is achievable 😉. Little decisions made daily in the right direction is what produces results on the long run.
Cheers to hitting our goals in the month of March 🥂
Stay strong fam🤗
