Hello
Been a minute. How have you been?
Are you staying intentionally healthy?
I am not exactly happy today. I lost someone yesterday to high blood pressure. She was just 30.
I have been thinking, is there something I could have done?
Could I have reached out to her more often, since I knew she was hypertensive?
Could I have forced her to adopt a lifestyle change?
Could I? Could I?
You see eh , the current state of the world puts us all at risk. That is why we must live intentionally!
Eat Healthy
Exercise often
Drink more water
Meditate
Sleep adequately
It is not easy, but it is possible.
So, I ask again, how are you really?
