YOU MISSED THIS; HOW TO CRUSH YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS IN 2021

Happy New Year


2020 has been an incredibly difficult year for almost everyone. But then, we all have reasons to be grateful. And it continues to be a true privilege to work with you for a healthier and brighter future. Thank you for being there.



Just to give you few tips to help crush your health and fitness goals this year:

1)     Change your mindset. Have a mindset to prioritize yourself and your health. This is Key.

2)     Drink a minimum of 2.5L of water daily. Don’t wait till you are thirsty. Just drink!

3)     Plan to have 4 fruits and vegetables every day. Eat fruits in season. It is cheaper.

4)     Sleep! You have to make a schedule for sleep. A minimum of 6 hours daily.

5)     Walk for 30 minutes daily. This can even be in your living room. Just walk. Or if you like do dance...Please dance (not to blues biko! ghen ghen dance!)

6)     Incorporate weekly fasts into your schedule. This has helped me keep the weight off for 10 years. It is a tested and trusted.

7)     Be intentionally happy. This is key for your mental health. And remember if you need help, ask for help please. That is strength.
