Stand up and stretch for 1 minute. A real good stretch!

Now close your eyes. Take your right hand put it on your left shoulder, and take your left hand to your right shoulder. Now rub off that tension off those shoulders for 1 minute. A good shoulder massage.


Move your head slowly side to side as you do it. Now smile.


Are you done?


Now grab a 50cl/500ml bottle of water and drink it all up. hot or cold water..that's fine.
