Can you believe it?

Three weeks down! Tell me, how’s it going? By now, you’ve got a solid foundation, and I hope you’re starting to see how these tools fit into your life (not some idealized version of health).

Oh yes, health coaching starts with you !


Here’s the thing: Sustainable change isn’t about following a script. It’s about tweaking, experimenting, and figuring out what works for you. So if something isn’t clicking, that’s okay! Toss it, adjust it, or save it for later.


Take a sec this week to reflect: What’s one thing from the course that feels doable and exciting to keep exploring? Lean into that.
