One of the best ways you can help it do its job is to DRINK ENOUGH WATER — at least half your body weight in ounces every day.
Or to make it easier, the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine recommends:
11.5 cups (2.7 liters) a day for women
15.5 cups (3.7 liters) a day for men
