What’s been a gift you have received this week through the means of a lesson? This past month there have been a huge amount of family stuff happening. I got lost in the busyness of it all. I stopped my usual routine of Qigong and meditation. I've been struggling to sleep, tired all day, snacking because I've been tired. My motivation has been low and my creativity almost non-existent. And it's also been great - a great reminder of why I practise Qigong and Meditation every day. A great reminder of how it helps me mentally, physically and emotionally. I recently bought a dog stroller. Yip my fur baby is finally getting to the point where she can no longer do long walks. When the stroller arrived some of the stitching in one area had already ripped. The company immediately apologised and we worked out a solution that worked for both of us. People aren’t perfect but saying you are sorry goes a long way to fostering forgiveness and understanding. If you ignore an unhappy customer, chances are they will tell everyone they can how bad you are. If you apologise, they may not come back to you for more service or product, but chances are, they won’t bad mouth you at every opportunity they get.
