Instagram LogoWith a new year, I always like to look back at the learnings of the one before. I never beat myself up over things that went wrong because everything has a little nugget 'o wisdom in there. Here's my top 3 learnings for you... 1 - It's Ok to slow down - you don't need to feel guilty for having some downtime. I think COVID has taught many people that. 2 - It's so important to constantly de-clutter your house. Both physically and energetically. Doing renovations in our house has released a ton of trapped energy that I've had to clear. Before doing the renovation, there was always a spot in the kitchen that my dog never wanted to go and when I put her food bowls there she would pick up her food and move it (clever girl). When we were redoing the floors in our kitchen I discovered that one of the guys laying the foundation of the house was having a lot of troubles in his relationship. That negative and sad energy got stuck in our floor. When we pulled up the kitchen floor that energy became so obvious. I've now cleared it and my dog is happy to now go into that spot and even eat there. 3 - Keep in touch with your friends, even if you can't see them it is so important to stay connected with the people that make your heart sing! How about yours, what are the top 3 things you learnt last year? . . . Photo by Roberto Nickson #succeed #meditationsinmotion #vitality #businesscoach #digitalmarketing #business #investing #wealth #money #businesstips #startup #entrepreneur #businessdevelopment #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #businessstrategy #businesscoaching #businessmindset #b #sales #businessowners #leadership #businessadvice #businessgoals
