90 minutes.

Happy Tuesday, !
Ever see those people at reunions who look like theyโve aged backward while everyone else just looksโฆ. older?
The immediate reaction is always: "Must be nice to have those genes." ๐
But here's what's likely going on beneath the surface:
You actually have two ages:
- Chronological age โ how many birthdays youโve had
- Biological age โ how your body is actually functioning
And the two donโt have to match.
Hereโs where it gets interestingโฆ
At the ends of your chromosomes are protective caps called telomeres.
They naturally shorten as you age, but your lifestyle plays a big role in how fast that happens.
One study found that people who strength train just 90 minutes per week had telomeres that looked nearly 4 years younger than those who didnโt lift.
And itโs not just training.
Sleep quality, nutrition, stress, and alcohol intake all directly impact how your body ages behind the scenes.
So no, this isnโt about trying to โstop aging.โ
Itโs about this:
You donโt just want more years.
You want better years.
Thatโs what weโre focusing on this month.
Not just understanding what mattersโฆ but actually applying it.
Some homework: Tonight, start paying attention to your sleep. Track a few simple things over the next few days:
- What time you go to bed
- What you did before (scrolling, TV, reading, etc.)
- How you feel the next morning
Patterns show up fast when you look for them.
And once you see themโฆ you can start adjusting.
Keep up the good work,
