HABIT STACKING

Instead of forcing yourself to do weekly fitness training or meal prep, do this instead…
“Habit stacking” is when you pair a new habit with an existing habit.
When you link a new habit to a well-established one, it creates a mental cue that makes it easier to remember and follow through with the new habit!
That can look like:
● 5 minutes of meditation after you have your coffee or tea
● Doing 10 push-ups after you brush your teeth in the morning
● Meal prepping while you listen to a weekly podcast
Simple, right?
Habit stacking is perfect for you if you’re someone who gets excited about new habits and forgets about them shortly after…
Try it and see if it helps you stay consistent!
Some of the ways I stack my habits are:
✅ 10 minutes of Qigong (meditation movements) before dinner
✅ 5 minutes of mobility exercises as soon as I wake up!
✅ And Taking my vitamins after eating my breakfast
