Do you get excited about this time of year so you can get โ€œback to real lifeโ€? ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ


Thereโ€™s something about this season that feels like a fresh start. But it can also bring a flood of new to-dos, ideas, and distractions.


If you need help getting some focus while also going after your goals, I have a 10-minute focus practice for you.


Itโ€™ll feel good, I promise. ;-)


The 10-Minute Focus Reset


Choose a pocket of time after school drop-off, during your lunch break, or when you get home at night, then pick one of the options below:


โœ… Read or listen to something that challenges or inspires you.

โœ… Do a mini mindfulness practice (no phone, just breathing or journaling).

โœ… Get outside and walk โ€” even just around the block โ€” without multitasking.

โœ… Sit outside on a bench or under a tree and just relax.

โœ…Write down your 3 priorities for the day, and one thing you're grateful for.


Any of these actions will intentionally pull your brain OUT of reactive mode and IN to something that feels calm and back in control. 


Itโ€™s almost instantly relaxing!
