๐Ÿ˜ฒ Hate to break it to you, but there are some things you HAVE to do every dayโ€ฆ


Things like brushing your teeth, making the bed, going to work, cooking meals, loading the dishwasher, taking out the trash, etc.


Yes, you *can* miss a day or two. But go too long, and things can get uncomfortableโ€ฆ fast! ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ


Itโ€™s the same thing with your health.


If you want to get stronger and healthier, you must take action with the proper strength training to eliminate that back or knee pain you had for the past couple of weeks or months.


Why?


Because the sooner you start, the sooner you'll start seeing results


๐Ÿง˜ Doing a little bit every day is a whole lot easier โ€” and a lot more attainable โ€” than trying to do it all at once.


Even if you start by just โ€œputting your gym bag next to the door at night so that you can grab it tomorrow morningโ€ or โ€œtaking a few minutes tonight to prep tomorrowโ€™s breakfast and lunch, youโ€™re taking a step in the right direction!


A few minutes is always better than nothing!
