When I was in college, I took a class called Intrapersonal Communication and it was wild and I loved it! One of the things we did was an experiment with plants, we each had two plants that we were to take home and treat exactly the same in terms of water and light, but with one plant we were told to hold it and talk lovingly to it, and the other to also hold it, but say unkind things... and guess what plant thrived and which one didn't? I've never forgotten that experiment and believe that this is true... speaking kindly, treating kindly, and thinking kindly about each other makes a difference! I challenge you to try this for yourself... with plants and with humans and see what happens!💚
