Why?

If you are having trouble getting to the gym, just remember your “why.”


Why are you doing this? Why is this something that you want to do? 


For some people, it's going to be because they want to lose weight. For other people, it's because they want to live as long as possible to be with their loved ones. And for others, it's to prevent chronic disease. 


Whatever your why is, remember that, and that will help you get to the studio more often than not.
