Today we are enjoying waking up to that hint that Fall is on the way with that crispness to the cool air this morning. We continue to enjoy the late season color in our gardens and wanted to share one of them with you today.

A few weeks ago, I shared New England Aster with you. Today, I am sharing Smooth Blue Aster. It tends to bloom earlier than New England Aster. Smooth Blue Aster is loved by rabbits and deer, so that is something to be aware of.

Enjoy learning all about this beauty that is loved by many butterflies.
