Nutrition Coaching Session 1
Sep 13, 2025 12:01 pm
Hi ,
I want to make up for my 'absence' these past few months by giving more value from this moment forward.
Working with more clients, a new full-time job and mothering my chaotic family, I've lost the time and energy to keep sending you nutrition newsletters lately.
Most probably, you are just as busy as I am, if not more.
So, if I can only send you 1 letter a month, I have to make sure my messages are worth the space in your inbox.
I have lots of ideas on what to share with you, but I want to filter them to those that you only find valuable.
So I thought - why don't I do what I always do in nutrition coaching?
That is,
Asking powerful questions.
Unlike in counseling - be it from doctors or dietitians - I don't do much of the talking during coaching sessions. I ask clients questions that
- help them process their thoughts more clearly,
- allow them to reflect on their actions, and
- guide them towards ideas on how to solve their nutrition problems.
That's why I love it when I hear them say
"O nga noh?!"
"Kaya pala..."
"Yown!!"
So, I want to start again by asking you this:
When it comes to eating healthy,
- WHAT is your most painful nutrition problem, and
- HOW can we help you with it?
Please reply with your unfiltered answers and I'll see what we can do.
Thank you in advance for staying with me, and I'm looking forward to helping you find unique solutions to your nutrition-related problems.
Cheers,
Grace
