Well done on finishing all of Module 2’s tasks and post-test!

And thank you sooo much for the helpful feedback you sent in.


Many of you discovered that simple whole-food snacks (fruit, boiled eggs, veggie sticks) curb hunger without processed options, and that having a written template with grocery list makes planning manageable - even with limited fridge space or time, which you now tackle through smaller, more frequent shops or prepping just one meal in advance.
