Instagram LogoISTJs are well known for their tenaciousness, their ability to get things done, and their extremely logical outlook on the world. On the surface this might seem like it makes problem-solving a breeze! But the more you know about an issue, the more likely you are to go with your first instinct instead of approaching the problem differently. One thing you can do if you do have a specific issue (if you’re feeling kind of stuck on something) - is try a little bit of distance from yourself - and what I mean by this is try thinking about things from different angles - different perspectives. What might someone outside this situation do to solve the problem? What might a Iron Man do in this situation? What might an ENFJ do? And what might a little kid do? Cycle through different characters in mind while you’re going through the problem-solving process and you’re bound to get a creative idea. Will it work? Maybe! You never know until you try. #ISTJ #personality #myersbrigs #mbti #introvert #introvertproblems #istjs #personality #personalitydevelopment #personalitytype #personalitytypes #istjproblems #istjadvice
Instagram LogoESFJ: Disrespected? *fixed* Respect is always going to be on your mind. It’s one key way to understand the social engagement and how well it’s going. So, when people are disrespectful, it creates a lot of chaos that you are probably going to want to proactively deal with. The problem is, people are always going to miss read situations or not communicate clearly, or just be disrespectful. So what can you do? If you can communicate the importance of respect in a way that the other people understand, you’ll be better off in the situation. This either comes through modelling it as the way that people should act, or being explicit and seeing how important it is and building a culture around that. Your past has thousands or more lessons on how to generate and create a culture of respect and harmony. Make sure you take time to sift through those. #geekpsychology #esfj #esfjpersonality #mbti #myersbriggs #mbtipersonality

Instagram LogoENFJ: Exhausted? You’re an ENFJ, which means you’re always going to want to help others—and that’s awesome! But what’s not so awesome is when you burn out and forget to take care of yourself. That’s why it’s so important for you to develop a ritual for yourself that involves time for solitude, darkness, meditation, or whatever else helps you feel like the best version of yourself. When we have a set time every day where we’re not doing anything but being present with ourselves and our thoughts, it helps us feel more grounded and connected with ourselves. This can be hard for ENFJs because they are often so focused on taking care of others that they neglect their own needs. But if you make this part of your routine and make sure it happens every day, even if it’s just for five minutes at first, then over time it will become easier for you to fit into your day without feeling guilty about taking care of yourself! #geekpsychologt #enfj #enfjquotes #enfjlife #enfjdaily #enfjquote #enfjlifequotes #inspirational #motivational #selfhelp #selfcare #mbti #myersbriggs
Instagram LogoAs an ISFP, how do I know if I’m pursuing the right things? This is one of those questions that gets a lot of people stuck. It’s understandable: when you’re young and just starting out, it can feel like you have to be perfect—that you need to know exactly what you want and how to get there before you even start down the path. But in reality, life isn’t like that. In fact, as an ISFP, it’s important for you to learn through doing. However, instead of asking yourself whether or not something feels right for YOU PERSONALLY—and then getting stuck trying to figure out how to make that happen—try asking yourself instead whether or not something feels right FOR THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BECOME. #geekpsychology #isfp #isfppersonalitytype #isfpproblems #isfpadvice #mbti #myersbriggs
