For each Recipe, if the answer is "yes", reply with βyβ and if the answer is "no", reply with βnβ.
For example, if you did all 3 daily Recipes, reply with "yyy". Or if you did Recipes 1 and 3, but not 2, reply with βynyβ.
For example, the ideal reply would be three letters, like this:
yyy
If you've planned a Recipe for later tonight, give yourself a "y" now, and report on it again in tomorrow's email.
Feel free to revise your Recipes as needed. Revising to find what works best for you is part of the process.
