Quick question (so I send better stuff)

Something I’ve been noticing recently.

A few years ago it felt like agencies were everywhere. Now it seems like more people are either going solo or working in smaller, more specialised setups.

I was speaking to someone running an agency recently who was struggling with retention, and it wasn’t really a traffic or results issue — more about how the work was being delivered and experienced.

It’s made me realise I actually don’t have a clear picture of who’s reading these emails.

I don’t track people or anything like that — so I genuinely don’t know if you’re:

• running an agency
• freelancing
• or building your own sites

Would you mind replying with which one you fall into?
