you're doing it wrong

Hey ,

Isn’t if funny?

Just 26 days after everyone declared a “new them,” most people have reverted to “still them.”

Here’s the thing: Real change isn’t about setting huge goals—it’s about nailing small habits every day.

Here’s my example:

Over the past few years, I blurred the line between “staying active” and “working out.” Sure, I felt good moving, but I feel even better when I’m in solid shape. So this year, I made one change: In 2025, I will attend 182 CrossFit classes.

It’s not a massive PR goal or a far-off dream. It’s a daily habit I can track. I know that if I’m home and healthy, I need to get to class to hit that goal. Banking 5 day weeks will be critical for those days spent on airplanes or hugging a toilet.

So, what’s something you want to accomplish? Now, what habit will get you there?

Reply and let me know—I’d love to hear about it.

Be great,

Danny Lehr

P.S. If coffee fuels your grind like it does mine, grab your favorite blend and get after it.
