Kicking Off With an Assessment Week (and a little birthday surprise…)

I like to start every new client the same way: with an assessment week.


It’s the easiest way for me to really understand where someone is starting from before we even think about building a programme.


During that week, we test their fitness, track their diet, look at their lifestyle, and figure out how many hours they genuinely have to train.


I’ve found that when you take the time to map out someone’s real-life situation, the plan you build actually fits… and that’s when the results start coming.

One of my riders just hit her best FTP in three years after finishing the 8-week Cycle Lean Project. She didn’t change her life to train more, we just built something that worked with her life, not against it.
