Book Recommendation: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

This month, I’m recommending The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. It’s a transformative book that encourages us to focus on the present moment, offering profound insights into mindfulness and spiritual growth. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, this book is a fantastic guide to finding peace in the present moment, which is all we have anyway when you think about it.


What I learned from it: The concept of true freedom coming from living fully in the present moment, without being bound by past regrets or future anxieties. A must-read for anyone on a personal development journey!



21 Days of Abundance - Deepak Chopra

I recently joined a friend in the 21 Days of Abundance challenge of Deepak Chopra. It was fun to do, I loved it. One of the challenges in the challenge is to create your own group for others to go through the challenge.

October is a special time for me, as it’s full of family birthdays, celebrations, and yummy autumn foods.
