🍓 Spring Detox: Lemon-Ginger Gut-Healing Tonic
Refresh your body with this simple, nutrient-packed tonic that supports digestion, boosts immunity, and gently aids detoxification.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml (2 cups) filtered water
- 1 organic lemon, juiced
- 1 cm (½ inch) fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- A pinch of sea salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric (optional, for extra anti-inflammatory benefits)
Instructions:
- Bring the water to a warm temperature, just enough to extract the ginger's essence without destroying its nutrients.
- Stir in the lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey.
- Add a pinch of sea salt and turmeric if using.
- Sip slowly and let it work its magic!
