💖From my Calm & Colorful Mama heart to yours

This month, my focus is on slowing down and truly being present. I’m reminding myself that our littles don’t need the rush, they need our calm attention—and that’s where the sweetest moments live. 🌸

Feelings Scavenger Hunt

Take a short walk (outside or around the house) and look for colors or objects that match different feelings. Example: “Let’s find something yellow like joy” or “something blue like calm.”

You’ll need:

• A short list of feelings (2–3 to start)

• Curious eyes + a little imagination

These tiny moments become their favorite memories. 🌈

I just joined the One Day MBA, and I’ll be sharing my journey of learning, pivoting, and growing Calm & Colorful. If you have a few minutes to reply and share your thoughts, stories, or struggles—it would be so valuable for shaping future products that meet you right where you are. 💛

As we prepare to move out of our current petsit, involving Korbin (22 months) in the packing process has been incredibly supportive for him. We start a month early so he has space to help with little tasks, making the transition gentler. And wherever we go, we always keep a Breathe in Color book in the car—instant calm and familiarity on the move.

Because calm travels with you. 💛

🫶 You don’t need to do more to be worthy—you only need to be here. Presence is enough. You are enough.
