This week, looking at my blog content, I talked about self-help, depth of work, and rhetoric. 

But I’m going to lead with a journal entry I found this week:

“If I get it right, I don’t need to be right.”

What do I mean?

Quentin Tarantino was once schooled in giving actors auditions by Harvey Keitel who told him to wait, don’t give direction – let the actor show you what they think. It could be the only time you have to understand what the actor is thinking. Don’t lose that chance.

Unless you have designed it that way it takes a brave person or a fool to tell you what they think.
