I took a picture to show off my Christmas gift from my friend and client who was thoroughly impressed by my spreadsheets.

I got a similar response from a couple of friends after receiving last week's POCHO Stuff email which contained my "Daily Habit Tracker" that I gifted you to support your New Year's resolutions and good habit creation.

I also got a good response to my VotoLatino plug from a couple of weeks ago, so I thought I'd share my favorite way to turn your outrage and anger into activism by using Resist Bot. Simply send the word "RESIST" by text to 50409 and answer the questions texted back. In just minutes, you’ll have contacted Congress or your other elected officials about the issues that matter most to you. Try it and become an engaged citizen, which is waaay cooler than a regular complainer.

Family Cultural Exchange: Organize a family gathering where each member shares a cultural tradition or story from their Mexican or American heritage. Make it a casual conversation at your next family gathering. Learn from one another and celebrate your unique backgrounds together! 👪🌟

It's Black History Month, and I thought I'd share one of my favorite podcasts series that dives into the Black experience. Check out LOUDER THAN A RIOT season two which tells the story of how Hip-hop emerged from the voices of the unheard.

Season one introduces The Conspiracy Against Hip Hop while the second tells the stories of Black women and queer folk who have dealt with the same oppression the music was built to escape.

Season 2 of Louder Than A Riot examines who hip-hop marginalizes and why freedom doesn't ring the same for everyone. Check it out wherever you get your podcasts.
