🌟 A colorful shot of morning commuters #nofilter 🌟

I took a picture of a train bus and cop car heading in the opposite direction of traffic. Not in the frame was an airplane that flew just behind me. It was a busy morning (as per usual) in the capital city. 🎭🇲🇽✨

OPTIMISM: đź’–

A quote to feel empowered.

COOL FIND: 🕵🏽‍♂️

Scrolling through insta, I came across this visual that reminds us to be prepared for fire or any emergency that might surprise us. The post by Commons even has a guide for pet-go-bag, and additional tips for emergencies.

HOMEWORK: 📝

Build Your Emergency “Go Bag”: Life happens fast—sometimes too fast! An earthquake recently hit me in Mexico City, and the California fires have been non-stop in my feed. Spend a few minutes this week packing a small bag with essentials like water, non-perishable snacks, a first-aid kit, a phone charger or battery bank, and key documents. Keep it by the door, so that if something goes down, you’re ready to roll!

OTHER STUFF: 📢

"Sessions by the Bay" opening in my hometown!

image

Guess what’s popping in National City? Sessions by the Bay—San Diego’s first cannabis lounge—is about to open, blending dispensary vibes, next-level food (ahi tuna waffles, anyone?), and a dash of art all under one roof. It’s a big deal for SoCal’s weed scene, breaking barriers with fancy mocktails and newly-legal freshly prepared munchies. Would you check it out , or is this a little too elevated for your taste? Let me know how you feel about this hometown first! Read the full story in San Diego Magazine.

¡Muchisimas gracias! Thank you for reading and hanging with me today! You know I love hearing from you—so if you have any ideas, feedback, or cool finds to share, just hit “reply” and let me feature your POCHO pov too!
