Good morning and Happy Sunday! I wanted to let all of you know that I will be out of the country starting today through April 21st. We will be cruising the Bahamas and Jamaica with about 2000 OPTAVIA coaches.  I wanted to make sure that you all had what you needed while I am gone.  Eat Live and Be Healthy facebook group is the best place to start with any questions while I am away.     Also, Nutrition support is a great resource. You can call 800-572-4417 or you can also email nutritionsupport@optavia.com for nutrition support.
