New Month Drop {ELUL} is the newest of Jewish months

The newest Jewish month to drop is {Elul} and it's really exciting.

First, the details. {Elul} comes out this upcoming Monday. The naysayers are already kvetching that {Elul} has been out many times in the past but organizers are saying this one (v. 5781) is a whole new twist that throws shade on all past iterations.

How to Elul {Elul}? This month is the prelude to the High HolyDays. We begin to move from outward-facing summer energy to inward-directed fall energy.

1. Look back on the past year and prep for the internal work of growth. 2. add in prayer (Tehillim and Psalms work well) 3. Give a little charity every day.

The Elul energy is that crossing the threshold feeling of calm joyous anticipation.
