What to expect with couple's coaching

Feb 23, 2026 8:34 pm

Good afternoon lovelies!

Dam. As part of the Lock in Love offer reminder, I decided I would share my Substack post called, "Intimacy Insights: What to Expect with Couples Coaching (with me at least)" and it is from TWO July's ago. TWO! I have been calling Substack new for me but clearly, I've been using it longer than I thought. What is time?

Anyway, I'm sharing the post because (1) folks might not know what couple's coaching (with me) can be used for and (2) I am not everyone's cup of tea, and I might not offer what you are seeking (and that's OK).

And if you're like, wtf is she talking about... last week I shared on IG some photos and videos from what was an incredible extended weekend of amor y amistad (love & friendship - Spanish-language alternative to Valentine's Day/San Valentin). And while I rarely announce my price changes, because of my gratitude for all the love I experienced over that wonderful weekend, I decided to offer a Lock in Love deal. This means, that until the end of this month, folks can purchase any of my couple's (or trios) packages at my 2025 rates. Just add code "Lock in Love" to the last question of the coaching intake form.

This includes

  • New Couple (or Trio) Package 1, 1.5, and 2
  • And for returning customers, 5 or 10-session packages

Folks will have up to 3-months to start their packages from time of purchase. Once activated, New Couple Package 1 & 1.5 and 5-session expire after 4 months and New Couple Package 2 & 10-session expire after 8 months.

Payment (or first payment if requesting a payment plan) is due by 11:59pm on February 28th, 2026 to count for the Lock in Love deal.

Let me know if you have any questions :)

In case you're like me and you are mulling it over in your head until you receive the next email, I plan to send a reminder on the 26/27th and a final one the morning of the 28th.

If you don't want to receive those emails, just let me know and I'll keep you on the general list but remove you from this offer :)

Enjoy your day (stay warm if you recently got hit by that wild storm!)

Yael

P.S. Sorry that the link to my academic article didn't work last time: You SHOULD be able to access here. If it doesn't given you the option to access the PDF for free, let me know and I'll send you a copy.
