Bear or family dinner. Which do you choose?

Hi Lovelies!

I know this time of year can be difficult. If this is family season for you, and even if you love/are loved by your family, it doesn't mean spending time together is always easy. So, here is Communicating with Intention, a free communication guide I released on Substack this weekend, to help you have difficult conversations.

Also, if you didn't know, folks are organizing a mass purchasing blackout from Nov 25th - Dec 2nd. If you need to buy something during this time, please consider only purchasing from local businesses (which is always a great idea!).

This is probably my shortest email ever. Cool beans.

Oooo if you missed my share from the Jewish New Year (end of September), you can check it out here as a reminder to imagine and act on our imaginations --- there is always something we can do to support the world we are seeking to create. For example, we can find out which Indigenous peoples steward/ed the land we are on and regularly donate or purchase goods from those communities. Indigenous Remembrance Day is coming up on Thursday and might be a great deadline for doing that if you don't already!

Until next time!

Yael

P.S. Wanna work with me? I offer coaching sessions via Zoom and for those who have worked with me at least once, there is an in-person option, too. If you have attended a workshop of mine in the past and want to receive info about 1:1 or 1:2 retreats in-person retreats, reply to the email and I'll send the deets!

P.P.S. Check out my post on how to introduce toys to a partner!
