It’s been a while since you've heard from me, so I'm reaching out because I’ve missed doing this work.

Since reaching doctora status and completing my Sex Doula and Authentic Consent trainings, I’ve been deep in research and developing an embodied consent program. While that’s still in motion, I’ve realized how much I miss the regular one-on-one and group connection of coaching, especially in-person. I miss the slow, meaningful transformation that happens when someone gets to come home to their body and self.

Soooooooo, I’ve created something: Reclaiming Pleasure, Safety, and Self: A 3-Day Private Retreat (with me in San Juan, Puerto Rico -- where I live). I know the group coaching I offered back in 2023 varied in topic so in case you're like "HUH?", you can check out my website, Insta, or Substack for a look at my work.

This is a space to unwind patterns of people-pleasing, fawning, and disconnection so you can feel safe, grounded, and fully alive in your body.
