Reflections from this past weekend

I integrated something this past weekend when I was camping with my little fam, and I wanted to share in hopes that it would serve your growth and embodiment of your most aligned self.

I fully integrated the bits around fully knowing that I can empathize with and love someone, see their side of things, recognize where their behavior stems from AND I can have standards that say "I love you but I will not be treated this way".

&& taking that a little further it unraveled into this space of reclaiming my part of the story, because I got SO LOST in the others experience and making excuses for them.

Why?

Because I see their heart. I see their potential. I see what they are beyond the hurt and meat suit. I really see them for all they truly are.. INFINITE. POWERFUL. MAGICAL. MIRACULOUS.

What I wasn't seeing fully was that they are also free to choose whatever they want to choose.

And that it does come down to that CHOICE.

I also get to choose what I am available for, how I desire to be treated / honored, and what my standards really look like.. and CHOOSE to back that with actions.

Recognizing this pattern was super healing for me though.

I can see the person beyond the way their behavior impacts me, and I can come home to my body and honor myself for my own experience..

Where have you been denying one or the other?

Where is their room to lean into the perspective of love and forgiveness for those around you?

Where is their room to raise and back your standards?

Have you taken a moment to honor how miraculous you really are? I hope you genuinely take the time to answer these questions, sit in the energy, and choose something that expands you because the world could sure use more of you in your heart space!

I will continue to marinate in my body, the emotions that surge through, and honoring the journey to this moment.

Its truly miraculous how the darkest, messiest, and most confusing times tend to be the ones that curate the most wisdom for us.. don't you think?

I LOVE YOU.

Here to serve your highest good, always!
