Hi beauty.

It has been a minute.. or honestly almost a year. 

I have been over here experiencing the biggest initiation of my freaking life.

It swallowed me whole, and it truly felt like there would be no coming back from it..

2023 was the greatest imitation of my life.

Some of my worst fears came to fruition.

All sense of safety was ripped out from beneath me.

And it fucking hurt. 

I shared about it today in a video on my instagram, and I wanted to send you a message because if you are going through it… I want you to know that it isn’t forever, and that it can change.. 

For me I got so sucked into it - I probably could have ended it months ago.

However, I don’t feel any shame around the time that it took, the steps I needed, and how it played out.

Because this weekend it came to an end.

I truly STEPPED INTO my purpose as a leader and guide in the somatic space.

My heart cracked all the way open, and I let all of the past go…

ALL OF IT.

We are creating from the present moment, awareness, intuition, purpose, and a whole lot of magic.

And I hope you can feeeeeeel the love I am sending you right now.
