🎾 Drill 1 - 25-shot all-court sequence: 14 groundstrokes, 1 approach, and 10 volleys. It's a cardio pattern that keeps you moving and improving your shots at the same time. 👉 [Watch Drill 1 here]

🎾 Drill 2 - 6-shot consistency test: you move from baseline to net, hitting groundstrokes, approach, volleys, and an overhead. 👉 [Watch Drill 2 here]

Both drills were done with the Pongbot Pace S Pro ball machine, and honestly, it's hard to run patterns like these without a reliable ball machine.
