2. NEW VIDEO: ALL-COURT DRILLS WITH PONGBOT

I also just posted a new video, and this one is for players who want to train beyond the baseline.

Most practice sessions are done at the back of the court. These 3 drills change that. You'll work on:

• Groundstrokes from the baseline

• Approach shots (transition to the net)

• Net skills: volleys and overheads.

It's a complete all-court training session, and I used the Pongbot ball machine to show exactly how to run it.
