🎾 2 (new) videos: what I learned & quick fix

Mar 29, 2026 10:56 am

Hi ,

As I sit down to write this email, on a Saturday morning, I find myself still at home after a long week battling a flu that crept on me exactly a week ago. Luckily, with the bad weather forecast for the upcoming days, I can spend a couple more days recovering.

In the meantime, I thought I should share my latest tennis work that I managed to put online:

NEW VIDEOS

👉 What 23 Years of Coaching Tennis Actually Taught Me (42-minute video)

This is a project I've been thinking about for the whole past year.

I filmed it a few months ago while I was in Southern California, where the weather was absolutely gorgeous, even in December, and I'm glad I finally managed to get it online.

I thought it would help young tennis coaches and parents understand what it takes to succeed in coaching, how to build good relationships, and the struggles and lessons I've learned coaching tennis up to this point.

If you find it interesting, please leave a comment and like it - this is how I know my effort was worth it.

👉 One Elbow Correction. Completely Different Forehand (short video)

This is a quick tennis tip where I demonstrate how a simple technique cue can make such a difference when it comes to technique and power.

I hope these help. If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you - reply to this email (I personally respond to every message).

And if you found this useful, feel free to pass it along to a tennis friend or family member who might enjoy it too. Good tennis content is always better when shared. 😊

Enjoy tennis,

Cosmin Miholca
