AltaConnect is excited to announce a magical new client opportunity with Disney Resorts Reservations!

Certification Details

• Phase I (Instructor-Led + Self-Study):
• September 29 – November 3, 2025
• Class Times Offered:
• ▪ 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
• ▪ 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
• Attendance: 100% attendance on Day 1 is mandatory. Missing Day 1 will result in removal from the class.

Service Revenue

• Certification Phase: $7.64/hour ($3.82 per interval)
• Production Phase: $12.00/hour ($6.00 per interval)
• Incentives Available:
• ▪ Earn an additional $100 when servicing 13+ hours per week during Certification SOW.
• ▪ Earn an additional $1.81/hour when servicing 12+ hours weekly after Phase I.

Servicing Times

• Available 365 days/year
• Most intervals: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Special Requirement: At least 5 hours (10 intervals) on Saturday/Sunday

What You’ll Do

As a Disney Resorts Reservations agent, you’ll provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with:

• Lodging, dining, and ticket reservations
• Travel packages and special accommodations
• General inquiries about Disney Resorts

⚠️ Important Enrollment Notes

You may NOT qualify if:

• You have 3 drops/fails within the past 12 months
• You have serviced with Disney before and had a termination on file
• You are a current Disney cast member or travel agent booking Disney
• You reside in AZ, DE, FL, HI, ME, MI, MT, OH, RI, or WV

System & Equipment Requirements

• Dual monitors required
• Hardwired USB headset (wireless not allowed)
• Windows 11 (latest version, fully patched)
• Secure professional home office setup
