  • Certification Rate: $7.64/hr ($3.82 per interval)
  • Production Rate: $12.00/hr ($6.00 per interval)
  • Incentives:
  • +$100 bonus when you service 13+ hrs/week after Phase II and accept the Production SOW
  • +$1.81/hr when servicing 12+ hrs/week during Certification

  • Available: 24/7/365
  • Best Fit: 8 a.m.–12 p.m. ET and 4 p.m.–8 p.m. ET
  • Special Requirement: 5 hrs on Mondays & Fridays (or combination)

πŸ“Œ What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound roadside assistance calls (jump starts, flat tires, accidents, towing, lockouts, fuel delivery)
  • Place outbound calls to service providers & customers for updates
  • Locate customers using mapping tools (Google Maps, etc.)
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional support to customers in urgent situations

  • Windows 11 PC (fully patched, no pending updates)
  • USB Hardwired Headset
  • Wired Internet Connection
  • Must pass background check & photo ID verification
  • Daily facial authentication required when entering the virtual classroom
