Class Confirmation Deposit Policy

imageClient programs on the Arise® platform are in high demand, and certification courses have limited enrollment capacity. Once a class reaches capacity, additional Service Partners and agents are unable to enroll.

When an enrolled agent does not attend class, that certification seat remains unused for the full duration of the course, preventing other Service Partners from participating. For this reason, Arise strictly enforces its Class Confirmation Deposit and attendance policies.

Class Confirmation Deposit Policy

Once fully enrolled in a certification course, the Service Partner or enrolled agent will be prompted to submit a Class Confirmation Deposit.

• The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of enrollment

• Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in being dropped from the class

Refund Eligibility

• The deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment once the agent attends the entire first day of class

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• If the deposit is paid and the agent un-enrolls prior to the start of the certification course, the deposit will not be refunded

• If the deposit is paid and the agent does not attend the entire first day of class, the deposit will not be refunded, and a drop will be issued per the Enrollment Policy

Class Confirmation Deposit Refund Policy

• The Class Confirmation Deposit will be refunded if the class is cancelled

Please ensure you are fully committed to attending the certification class before enrolling. Enrollment should only be completed if you are able to attend all required sessions, particularly the first day of class, as attendance directly impacts eligibility and refund status.

If you have questions regarding enrollment or attendance expectations, please submit a request through the AltaConnect Help Desk.
