PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT

Agero Roadside Assistance

Location: United States

Program Type: Inbound Customer Service

Agero is a leader in the driver assistance industry, providing innovative software and services for automakers, insurance companies, service providers, dealer groups, and fleet organizations. This program supports drivers in need of roadside assistance through inbound customer service and dispatch coordination.

REVENUE & SCHEDULE

Certification Service Revenue

  • $7.64 per hour ($3.82 per 30‑minute interval)

Production Service Revenue

  • $12.00 per hour ($6.00 per 30‑minute interval)

Incentives

  • Earn an additional $1.81 per hour / $0.905 per interval when servicing a minimum of 12 hours (24 intervals) per week during the Certification SOW after completion of Phase II.
  • Earn an additional $100.00 when your business is offered and accepts the first Production SOW for each agent who services at least 13 hours per week during the Certification SOW after completion of Phase II.





CERTIFICATION SCHEDULE

Phase 1 – Instructor‑Led & Self‑Study

January 8, 2026 – January 20, 2026

Phase 2 – Virtual Classroom with Live Call‑Taking

January 21, 2026 – January 23, 2026

Phase 3 – Instructor‑Led & Self‑Study

January 26, 2026 – February 3, 2026

Phase 4 – Virtual Classroom with Live Call‑Taking

February 4, 2026 – February 6, 2026

No class: Monday, January 19, 2026

Class Times Offered (ET)

  • 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.



SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • Equipment must meet Arise platform standards
  • USB hard‑wired headset with phone‑quality audio required
  • Windows 11 (fully updated, no pending updates)



DAY IN THE LIFE

Servicing Availability

  • 24/7 availability, 365 days per year
  • Highest volume intervals typically between:
  • 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET
  • 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET

Special Servicing Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 hours (10 intervals) on Mondays and Fridays or a combination of both

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound roadside assistance calls
  • Coordinate towing and roadside service providers
  • Use mapping tools to locate customers
  • Provide coverage and policy information
  • Place outbound calls to service providers and follow up as needed
  • Maintain professional, empathetic customer interactions in high‑stress situations



CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 hours (20 intervals) per week during Certification SOW
  • 100% completion of all self‑paced work
  • Minimum 80% on assessments
  • 85%+ QA score on scored live certification calls
  • Mandatory completion of Service Partner Security Awareness training (85%+ score required)

Important:

  • If you do not show up to class on the first day, you will be dropped from the class with no exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: The Class Confirmation Deposit for this program is $50.00, and it will not be refunded. You will need to enroll in a new class if you wish to service another client program.



SECURITY & VERIFICATION

  • Background check required after enrollment
  • Photo ID verification using a mobile device
  • Daily facial authentication required to enter the virtual classroom
  • PC scan required on Day 1 of class



ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY

You are not eligible if you:

  • Are currently servicing Agero through another vendor or platform
  • Have recent certification drops or failures exceeding Arise limits
  • Are located in Hawaii or New Hampshire
  • Have overlapping certification schedules
  • Have outdated or inaccurate contact information
