We are excited to announce a new opportunity to partner with Dick’s Sporting Goods, the nation’s largest sporting goods retailer. This program is focused on Customer Sales and Customer Service with flexible servicing times and the ability to begin earning revenue from Day 1.
Opportunity Overview
- Client: Dick’s Sporting Goods (Customer Sales & Service)
- Intervals Available:
- 7 days a week, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. ET
- Start Earning: From Day 1 (Certification includes paid self-study)
- Revenue:
- Production: $11.00/hour ($5.50 per interval)
- Certification: $7.64/hour ($3.82 per interval)
- Incentives available for meeting weekly servicing minimums.
Certification & Class Info
- Phase I (Instructor-led + Self-study):
- Oct 6 – Oct 24, 2025
- Class Times: Mon–Fri
- 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
- 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
- No class: Oct 13
- Phase II (Live call certification):
- Oct 27 – Oct 30, 2025
- Class Deposit: $50 (non-refundable if dropped)
Servicing Requirements
- Minimum: 13 hours per week during Certification SOW.
- Weekend Requirement: 4 hours (8 intervals) required on Saturdays and/or Sundays

- Commitment Adherence: >90%
- CSAT: >90%
- Quality Monitoring: >80%
- AHT: ≤480 seconds
- Documentation: 100%
Tech & Equipment
- Must meet Arise platform standards
- Requirements:
- USB hardwired headset (phone-quality)
- Dual monitors (19” or larger; laptops don’t count)
- Windows 11 (latest updates)
- Spectrum users must have Business Account (residential not supported)
Restrictions / Disqualifications
- Not eligible if located in:
- AZ, DE, HI, ME, MI, MT, OH, RI, WV
- Not eligible if:
- Recently dropped/failed a class
- Enrolled in another overlapping class
- 3+ drops/fails in the last 12 months
✅ Background Check & Verification
- Background check required (via Experian, must lift credit freeze if applicable).
- Photo ID verification required (driver’s license + daily selfie check-in).
