Class Details

• Start Date: October 6, 2025
• Phase I (Training & Self-Study): 10/06/25 – 10/27/25
• Phase II (Certification Call-Taking): 10/28/25 – 10/30/25
• Class Times (Mon–Fri, 4 hours + self-study):
• 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
• 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
• No class on Monday, October 13th

Servicing Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. ET
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
• Requirements:
• 3 hours (6 intervals) on Mondays
• 1.5 hours (3 intervals) on Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Most intervals available: Mon–Sun, 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. ET

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound sales and service calls
• Assist with bookings, billing questions, and general inquiries
• Research and resolve complaints
• Transfer calls to post-cruise service when required
• Deliver world-class service with professionalism and empathy

Service Revenue

• Certification Revenue: $7.64/hour ($3.82 per interval)
• Production Revenue: $12.50/hour ($6.25 per interval)
• Incentives:
• $100 bonus for servicing 13 hours/week during Certification SOW & accepting first Production SOW
• Extra $1.81/hour for servicing 12+ hours/24 intervals per week during Certification SOW
