Class Details

• Phase I (Training): 10/20/25 – 11/14/25 (Instructor-led + self-study)
• Phase II (Certification Call-Taking): 11/17/25 – 11/24/25 (Earn while you learn!)
• Class Times (Mon–Fri):
• 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET
• 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
• No class on November 11th
• Class Length: 6 hours/day

Servicing Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
• Holidays: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
• Requirement: 5 hours (10 intervals) required on Mondays and/or Fridays

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
• Handle inbound calls on retail, commercial, and online banking needs
• Resolve issues related to fraud, forgery, ID theft, policies, and procedures
• Support with bankcards, online banking, and general account servicing
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide referrals

Service Revenue

• Certification Revenue: $7.64/hour ($3.82 per interval)
• Production Revenue: $14.00–$14.50/hour ($7.00–$7.25 per interval)
• Incentives:
• $100 bonus for servicing a minimum of 13 hours/week during Certification SOW and accepting the first Production SOW
• Additional $1.81/hour when servicing at least 12 hours/24 intervals per week during Certification SOW

• Background Check & Drug Screening Required (must be completed 7 days before class; cost is $75, paid directly to vendor)
• Photo ID Verification during enrollment
• System Requirements:

• Windows 11 (latest version, fully patched)
• Hardwired phone line (POTS, cable telephony, digital service, or VoIP via hard phone device)
• Hardwired Ethernet connection
• Apple or Android phone for verification
